Alejandro Portes delivered the keynote lecture at the “Day of Sociology” at the University of Alicante, Spain to an audience of 300 sociology students and faculty. Following the lecture, he held conversations with university authorities concerning future collaborative activities with Princeton and granted interviews to the media.
